Strawberry Margarita Jello Shots
Fresh Strawberries
Strawberry Jello Mix
1/2 cupTequila
1/2 cup Grand Marnier
1 cup boiling water
Limes
With a small paring knife hollow out the strawberries, taking care not to poke a hole through the berry.
Pour the boiling water, Tequila, and Grand Marnier into the jello mix. Stir and place in the refrigerator for about 15 to 20 min.
Place the strawberries in an egg carton to hold them up. With a syringe, put int the jello mix, (It should still be a liquid ). Cut lime into small wedges and place on top of berries. Put the berries back into the refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours or until jello has set up.
These were a huge success at my last party.
